Multipurpose Hall Reservation Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Requirements

  • The hall must be booked at least two (2) weeks in advance of your event.

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

  • For payment and reservation inquiries, please contact Brother Zahid.

2. Usage Guidelines

  • No music is allowed inside the hall at any time.

  • The hall must be used respectfully and in accordance with its intended purpose.

  • Guests must ensure that activities do not disrupt the surrounding environment and respect general masjid ettiquettes.

  • You may NOT access classrooms as they are not included in the reservation.

  • You must bring your own utensils, plates, and any other necessary supplies.

3. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • The hall must be cleaned after use.

  • All chairs and tables must be organized as they were before the event.

  • All trash must be placed in the bins outside the hall.

  • The kitchen and floor must be cleaned after use.

  • No leftover food should be left in the kitchen or hall.

  • Users are expected to treat the hall as they would their own home and leave it as clean as they found it.

  • No food is allowed to enter the masjid pray area.

4. Liability and Responsibility

  • The reserving party is responsible for any damage incurred during their use of the hall.

  • The management is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

  • Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties or denial of future reservations.

By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Thank you for your cooperation!
